Joren is the Founding Partner of Landmark Property & Development. He has built a distinct commercial real estate business founded on long standing relationships, integrity, and persistence. Throughout his career, Joren has successfully completed over $2.2 billion worth of transactions as a principal, corporate officer, and adviser. Joren formed Landmark Property & Development upon moving to Park City, Utah in 2007 with the mission of seeking out unique and sustainable redevelopment opportunities along with strategic consulting for national retailers.
David has excelled in the retail driven commercial real estate industry for over 37 years. He served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Leasing and Senior Officer at both Taubman and Westfield, with over 30 years of experience in the public shopping center sector. David led the leasing efforts for over 15 million square feet of new retail developments including some of the most productive and respected assets in retail. That list includes The Mall at Short Hills, International Plaza, The Mall at Millenia, Cherry Creek, Century City, University Town Center La Jolla, and Valley Fair in California. In addition, David also led the leasing efforts for a number of high-profile retail projects in the mountain west region, including The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas and City Creek in downtown Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Landmark, David founded David Weinert & Associates to develop, invest in, and lease retail driven projects. During that time, David completed a successful mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta, acquired Outlets of Maui, invested in numerous mixed-use buildings in Grosse Pointe MI, among many other retail focused projects. David is thrilled to be joining the Landmark Property & Development team to help spearhead the Company’s leasing and expansion efforts. He also looks forward to working alongside his long-time investment/development partners and lifelong friends.
Hayden is a partner at Landmark Property & Development, specializing in retail tenant representation and mixed-use development consulting. Hayden prides himself on providing targeted, high-quality services for his clients and partners; including pre-development analysis, regional strategic planning, city incentive analysis, site selection, investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, and lease renewals. He is honored to serve or have served many national, regional, and local partners such as: Target, Restoration Hardware, Main Event, Dave & Busters, Lululemon, True Food Kitchen, Arc’teryx, H Mart, Pacific Dental Services, Nick The Greek, Visual Comfort Co, and many others. He is also responsible for managing and leasing Landmark’s regional investment portfolio. Outside of work, you will likely find Hayden in some outdoor activity with his spouse and their two dogs. He loves travel, hiking, mountain biking, photography, and camping.
Grace is a Partner and Retail Consultant at Landmark Property & Development. In her retail consulting work, Grace specializes in tenant representation for both national and local retailers, working with clients such as Life Time, Restoration Hardware, Target, True Food Kitchen, Lululemon, and many more. Grace also helps drive the company’s acquisition and development strategy, analyzing opportunities in multiple states and across numerous product types. Prior to joining Landmark, Grace was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. During her time at Goldman, she worked on numerous successful transactions, including IPOs, sell-side acquisitions, and convertible debt issuances. Outside of her current role and investment banking position, Grace has experience in acquisitions at a multifamily REIT and venture capital firm. Grace also sits on the Board of CREW Utah and is an active member in the Utah real estate community. Grace graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in International Studies. In her free time, Grace is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Her passions for the outdoors have led her to summit Kilimanjaro and hike to the Base Camp of Mount Everest.
Jeanne is a CFO and Director of Research at Landmark Property & Development, bringing 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate to include commercial lending, accounting & property management. Jeanne also specializes in market research and GIS analytics. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, skiing, hiking (Everest Base Camp), horseback riding and traveling.
Brian is a design and technology specialist for Landmark Property & Development. He is responsible for managing the company’s branding and online presence. This includes website management, information technology, document design, digital marketing, and data visualization. Brian graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. is User Experience Design.
Cole is responsible for information database management and platform operations within our CRM. His focus is on data transformation, maintaining platform stability, and security. Cole graduated from the University of Utah with an M.S. in Information Systems with an emphasis in Cyber Security.
